Register in FACTS
FACTS give you the opportunity to get more involved in your child's academic progress and future success. For information on creating your family's FACTS account, click here.
Note: When you begin the registration process in FACTS, you're required to upload the following documents:
- Child's birth certificate
- Alabama Immunization card and/or doctor record
- Health Assessment Record
- Prescriber Parent Authorization Form (for prescription medications)
- Court/custody documentation (if applicable)
- Most recent report card (1st grade only)
- Standardized test scores (if applicable)
Order Uniforms
Parents are expected to be familiar with the Dress Code portion of the Parent/Student Handbook (beginning on page 24). You can click here to access a printable handout of the dress code policy.
Approved uniform vendors will be listed below by May 1st. Again, be sure to review the dress code policy before ordering, as some options do not meet the student dress code, but are available for families who want to show school spirit.
As a reminder, pants can be purchased anywhere as long as they meet the dress code requirements. Only tops must be purchased through an approved vendor.
