Field Trips & Missions

Field Trips

Field trips are considered an important part of the educational program at First Baptist Academy. All trips are carefully planned to give the students educationally enriching experiences that are not available in the confines of the classroom. While field trips may change from year to year, a few of our favorites include: Auburn University Airport, Opelika Police Station, Opelika Fire Station, Rocky Top Farm, Biblical History Center, Auburn University Museum of Natural History, and Auburn University Raptor Center.

Missions

Community engagement is at the heart of our mission at FBA. Students have the opportunity to actively participate in various service projects, outreach initiatives, and collaborative efforts that extend a helping hand to those in need. We believe in empowering our students to become compassionate leaders who engage with the world around them, reflecting the teaching of Christ in all they do. Some of FBA's past & current missions include: Women's Hope, Widow's Hope, Humane Society, Community Helpers, Big House, Nursing Homes, canned food drives, cleaning up our campus, etc.
